Ethically Grounded provides consultation, advocacy, writing support, facilitation, and strategic guidance for individuals and organizations navigating complex issues related to antisemitism, antizionism, Jewish identity, ethics, and organizational culture.

We help people move from concern to action by offering practical, thoughtful, and ethically grounded support.

Why Ethically Grounded

Many institutions aspire to inclusion, dignity, and belonging. Yet there are often gaps between those values and people’s lived experiences.

Ethically Grounded helps individuals and organizations examine those gaps and respond in ways that are thoughtful, ethical, practical, and constructive.

Our focus is not simply identifying problems. It is helping people determine what meaningful action looks like and how to move forward with integrity.

Please Note: Ethically Grounded is not a psychotherapy practice. Our work focuses on consultation, advocacy, professional dialogue, and strategic support.
